The larger packages include the website, GHL backend, scoped AI and follow-up automation buildout, content batch and stated leadership period in one starting total. Hosting, domain renewals, third-party software, message or AI usage and ad spend are identified separately. No ongoing marketing subscription starts automatically.

Add or remove work

The starting package is a conversation, not a box.

A restaurant with a good photo library may need less production. A service business may need more useful service pages or a booking workflow. We explain the difference in work and price before changing your scope.

More website coverage
Additional services, locations or useful pages, with original content for each.
More customer workflows
Extend the backend and follow-up automation included in the larger packages, or add a defined setup to Website Launch.
More real content
Another shoot, more edited clips, a larger photo set or another publishing channel.
Further AI and integrations
Additional use cases, channels or more complex connections beyond the AI buildout named in your larger-package scope. Standalone consulting is also available.
Ongoing marketing
Continued leadership, SEO, social or paid campaigns after the included period.

How payment works

A fixed build price. Clearly separated services.

Pay at the agreed project milestones, or discuss a written installment schedule. For a package with content and leadership, the proposal allocates the website, backend and automation implementation separately from included content and leadership so you can see exactly what each payment covers.

  1. While paying the build

Each build payment reduces the balance

Your total build principal, deposit and installment amounts are written down. Services and platform costs are separate line items.

  2. At payoff

    The build charge ends

There is no second purchase price for the same agreed core build. Only the ongoing services and platforms you choose continue.

  3. After included leadership

    Choose your next step

Continue with your team and the agreed handoff, or approve a new marketing plan and fee. One or three months does not silently become an open-ended retainer.

Separate new-business offer

Day One: a simple website and a launch roadmap.

$49/month rental or $500 purchase. One starter website, one inquiry-to-email path and a personalized, written 90-day roadmap with either paid option. A later buyout is also $500; rent does not reduce that price. You buy and own your domain. Rental hosting is agency-managed; purchase moves a copy into your own Floot account after handoff checks, with ongoing provider and domain costs separate.

After the program

Choose the next chapter with real information.

We review the work with you before the included program ends. Continue with your own team, add a defined piece of support or discuss ongoing fractional CMO leadership.

$5,000/month starting point

Your agreed fee may be lower or higher based on the people, time, production and channels involved. The plan includes a monthly report on actual available performance and a quarterly review of the overall direction. Reports distinguish visits, inquiries and recorded sales, with missing data shown plainly.

The ongoing fee begins only under a new agreement after the included leadership period. You are not charged twice for included work, and no ongoing service starts automatically.

Before you decide

The details, in plain language.

More in the FAQ.

Can my quote be lower than the starting package?

Yes, when the work is smaller. If you already have usable content or do not need a listed deliverable, we can reduce the scope and quote it accordingly. Mobile quality, a working inquiry path and essential security checks stay in place. We do not silently remove them to meet a price.

Why are there two larger packages?

They share the website, SEO, GHL backend and scoped AI automation buildout. Marketing Launch gets your first month moving. Marketing Leadership adds a full quarter of content and leadership, plus a 12-month editorial roadmap. Both content batches are produced and scheduled with your approval during month one.

Is the whole package a build balance?

No. The two larger packages include website, backend and AI automation implementation, content and a defined leadership period in the advertised starting total. Your proposal separates those amounts. Only the agreed implementation portion is treated as build principal; included services are not billed twice.

What if I want to move before the build is paid?

The agreement identifies the remaining build balance after payments and applicable credits, the rights and assets transferred, and any separately priced migration work. It also covers cancellation, unfinished work, refunds and disputes. Future unprovided management is not another website buyout.

Does the 12-month roadmap include a year of finished content?

No. It is a plan for topics, campaigns, priorities and future production. The included batch and leadership period are stated separately. Continuing production, publishing oversight and management need a new agreement.
