Rental
The agreed starter website, agency-managed hosting while the rental is active, and one inquiry-to-email path. You buy and own your domain. Content changes and extra features are separately scoped.
A later buyout is $500. Rent is payment for the rental service, not credit toward ownership.
Outright purchase or later buyout
We copy the agreed site into your own Floot account and complete the handoff after checking provider billing, your custom domain and a real inquiry. You buy and own your domain.
Ongoing Floot/provider costs, domain purchase and renewals, receiving services and future changes are separate. The purchase price does not include ongoing hosting.
Before payment, your written scope confirms the site, revision limits, domain connection, hosting arrangement, cancellation and handoff terms. This page does not take payment, launch a website or complete an account handoff automatically.
A narrow starting point

Included with either paid option
Month one: confirm the website, contact details and relevant business profiles. Month two: plan useful proof and simple content about your services. Month three: review what customers ask and choose the next improvement.
We personalize the written plan from your intake and verified business research, with delivery agreed during onboarding. It is planning, not three months of content production, posting or managed marketing. You can run it yourself or ask us to quote the work.
How it starts

The details
No. Rental is $49/month while the rental arrangement is active. An outright purchase or later buyout is exactly $500; previous rent does not reduce that price. This is different from installments on a custom Bridge Builder build.
We copy the agreed site into your own Floot account. Before completing the handoff, we confirm your account ownership, provider billing, custom domain and a real inquiry reaching the agreed destination. You pay ongoing provider, domain and receiving-service costs separately. Purchase does not include free ongoing hosting or managed marketing.
The written rental agreement states billing, cancellation, the end of hosting and how you receive your own supplied content and data. We confirm those terms before payment. You buy and own your domain, which stays yours. The $500 buyout is the separate option for a checked copy of the site in your own Floot account.
Yes. A written 90-day launch roadmap is included with either paid rental signup or purchase. We personalize it from your intake and verified business research, then agree delivery with you. It is planning, not three months of managed marketing or an instant automated report.
Yes. A brand shoot, a three-month social content plan or a richer website consultation can be quoted separately. A plan is not automatically a shoot, finished content, publishing or ongoing community management; the quote names the actual work.
