About Kenny

I’m Kenny Sippel.

I build websites, marketing and AI systems for business owners. I’m 22, based in Gilbert, and serious about building Bridge Builder for the long run.

Family is a big part of my life. I’m ambitious about what I’m building, and I want it to leave room for the people who matter. Helping other owners bring in business and get time back is why I started Bridge Builder.

I want to work with good people who care about what they do. That means understanding the business, making honest recommendations and following through.

How I work

I lead the project and stay accountable.

I’ve worked with generative AI since its early public releases, and I keep learning by applying it to real work as the tools change. One of my favorite starting points is sitting with a team and asking what makes the job difficult. We find what can be simplified, then test it together.

When a project needs skills beyond mine, I bring in the right people. We agree their role and cost before work starts, and I stay responsible for coordinating delivery.

Say what the work needs
I will recommend a smaller scope when it fits. You should understand what you are buying and what it will cost.
Take responsibility
I set direction, coordinate contributors and review delivery. You get progress updates, open questions and a clear next step.
Build for the handoff
Your team needs to know how the site and systems work. Testing, access and a walkthrough are part of delivery.

My background

I grew up around a family business.

My family’s work at San Tan Charter School and San Tan Montessori Preschool shaped my childhood. I saw how much of their lives went into it. Now that I’m helping with the business and building my own, I understand the pressure and responsibility differently—and how much they can affect the people closest to you.

I studied business administration with a focus on marketing, then went on to pursue my MBA. That’s my formal education; I keep building practical skills through the work itself. Alongside Bridge Builder, I work in fractional marketing leadership at San Tan and manage summer projects there.

That’s the perspective I bring to Bridge Builder. I’m still helping my family while building a business of my own. My goal is to stay rooted in Arizona’s East Valley, build lasting relationships with local and family-owned businesses, and help owners make room for life beyond the work.

Operating experience

San Tan Charter School

Kenny brings marketing and operations experience from San Tan Charter School and San Tan Montessori Preschool. At the charter school, his work has included enrollment marketing, website direction, advertising oversight and the process for handling parent inquiries.

The current charter site credits Blue Aspen Marketing for design and build, and URCO for digital systems and SEO. Kenny's role was direction and connection to the wider marketing plan. This is operating experience, not a solo Bridge Builder website build.
