FAQ

Questions owners ask before working with us.

Straight answers about ownership, care, existing systems, content, changes and working together. Prices are on the pricing page.

Ownership and access

What do I own, and what happens if I move on?

You keep your domain, the content you supplied and your customer data. Customer inquiries are kept in your business's own list or account, separate from Bridge Builder's sales records.

Before you sign, the agreement spells out the rest: what is handed over from the work we built, any reusable or licensed components, which platform subscriptions are in whose name, how the handoff works, and how any unpaid build balance is settled. No surprise buyout. This is a plain summary; your signed agreement is what applies.

Can I take the website to another provider?

For core website builds, portable website code is our default, with the agreed source and transferable assets handed over under your purchase terms. We identify third-party licenses and any platform exception before you sign. Some platforms don't allow a full export. For example, websites built inside HighLevel (GoHighLevel) can't be exported as fully editable standalone sites, according to HighLevel's own help article (opens in a new tab). Moving an eligible whole HighLevel sub-account to another agency is a separate path, described in HighLevel's sub-account transfer guide (opens in a new tab). Whether your account qualifies, and what would need reconnecting afterward, is checked before any move.

Day One has its own handoff: a purchase or buyout includes a checked copy in your own Floot account, with provider billing, custom-domain and real-inquiry checks. Ongoing provider and domain costs are separate; standalone code export is outside that offer.

Your content, domain and customer data stay yours either way. What a move would involve is written into the agreement.

Will you need my passwords?

No. You sign in yourself and grant access through each tool's sharing or team settings. We never ask for passwords, security codes or payment details by email or message.

Whose ad accounts and profiles are used?

Yours. Ad accounts, Google Business Profiles and social accounts belong to your business. We work in them with the access you grant.

Starting packages, payments and Day One

Can we add or remove things from a starting package?

Yes. Each starting price covers the deliverables on its service page. We can remove work you do not need or add useful pages, content and systems. The revised written scope and price are agreed before work starts. Essential quality and security checks remain.

Do the larger packages include the backend and AI automation?

Yes. Both Marketing Launch and Marketing Leadership include the website and SEO foundation, your GHL CRM backend with contact records and a pipeline, lead capture, routing and notifications, plus implementation of scoped AI-assisted workflows and follow-up automation. Testing and staff handoff are included. Before you commit, the written scope names the actual workflows, use cases, integrations, channels, volumes and acceptance checks. Added complexity or removing work changes the quote. Vendor subscriptions, API and message usage, and continuing management are identified separately.

How much content comes with the larger packages?

The weekly rhythm is three videos on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, two informational still posts on Tuesday and Thursday, and a Saturday newsletter. Marketing Launch covers four weeks: 12 videos, eight still posts and four newsletters. Marketing Leadership covers twelve weeks: 36 videos, 24 still posts and 12 newsletters. Each batch is recorded, produced and scheduled with your approval during month one. Each includes one revision round, up to two social channels plus the newsletter, and limited weekly publishing checks through its included schedule. The year-long roadmap in Marketing Leadership is planning, not a year of production.

Can I pay for a core build monthly?

Yes, through a written schedule for a fixed build balance. Only the allocated website, backend and automation implementation payments reduce the build balance and end at payoff. Content and included leadership are separately identified within the package total. Ongoing hosting, platform usage and service are separate. An early ownership handoff settles the remaining agreed build principal after payments and applicable credits; the agreement also covers cancellation, disputes and non-delivery.

How is Day One different?

Day One is a simple new-business website and one inquiry-to-email path: $49/month rental or exactly $500 outright. Either paid option includes a written 90-day roadmap personalized from your intake and verified business research. You buy and own your domain. Rental hosting is agency-managed; purchase includes a copy in your own Floot account, with billing, custom-domain and real inquiry checks before handoff. Ongoing provider and domain costs are separate. A later buyout is $500 and previous rent is not purchase credit. Rental timing, cancellation, revisions and delivery are confirmed before payment.

Do installments include a year of marketing?

No. Paying down a build is different from buying ongoing work. Marketing, content, AI usage and platform bills are included only where the agreement explicitly names and funds them.

Care and management

What's the difference between care and management?

Care keeps a working system running: the agreed hosting, access, technical checks and support, within the limits and usage in your scope. It's real ongoing work, but it doesn't include publishing, shoots, campaigns, search changes or active optimization.

Marketing Launch includes one month of leadership; Marketing Leadership includes three. Marketing Launch includes four weeks of content; Marketing Leadership includes twelve. The full batch is produced and prepared for scheduling in month one. Continued work outside the included content or leadership period is separately priced. Marketing leadership sets priorities and coordinates specialists once the customer path works.

Your agreement names the care responsibilities and any separate service fee. A core build does not automatically start a marketing subscription.

How much is care?

Care is quoted for the actual hosting, monitoring, support and usage needed. It is separate from the build price and is not charged twice for the same work. You can arrange your own care under the agreed handoff or ask us to manage it.

How is monthly marketing support priced?

It's quoted for your business on the agreed channels, deliverables, review cycle, production and any platform usage. The starting packages include a defined leadership period. Continued support is quoted separately. See pricing for how it combines with a build and care.

Can you keep leading the marketing after the program?

Yes, under a new scoped agreement. Ongoing fractional CMO leadership has a $5,000/month starting point. Your agreed fee may be lower or higher based on the people, time, production and channels involved. It includes monthly reporting on actual available performance and a quarterly overall review. The new fee starts after the included one- or three-month leadership period; no automatic renewal or double charge for included work.

Do automations run on their own?

Both larger packages include implementing and testing the agreed AI-assisted and follow-up workflows. They run only under the rules you approve, with a named owner, a manual fallback and a way to pause them. Staff handoff is included. Continuing monitoring and improvement have their own agreed care or leadership scope; the build does not promise a system that never needs oversight.

When does included leadership start?

Marketing Launch includes one month and Marketing Leadership includes three. We agree the start date after reviewing readiness and access; the website schedule is separate. Continuing beyond the included period needs a new agreement.

Existing systems

We already have a website and CRM. Do we start over?

Not by default. We look at what you have first. If it works, we build on it. If something needs replacing, we explain why, and any rebuild or migration is written into the scope.

Will you manage SEO on a website another company built?

Our managed SEO service is for websites Bridge Builder built. That is a business policy about the work we take on, not a Google requirement. We can discuss other leadership needs on a working existing system without assuming a rebuild.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Often, yes. The tools and connections included are named in the scope. Anything beyond the agreed build is scoped separately.

Content

Who writes the words on the website?

We shape the copy from what you tell us in the conversation and onboarding. You approve it. Large amounts of new writing are scoped separately.

Do I need professional photos?

Real photos of your work and team help a lot. Good phone photos can work for a small site. If you want a shoot, business content can be booked on its own.

Revisions and scope changes

How many revisions are included?

The number of revision rounds is stated in your scope, so both sides know when the build is complete.

What if I want something new halfway through?

We write down what the change involves and what it costs, and you decide. Nothing is added silently, and nothing you didn't approve appears on an invoice. See how it works.

Working together

Do we meet in person?

Small and larger projects can request Zoom or an Arizona in-person meeting, subject to location and availability. Our local base is the East Valley. Tell us your preference; we confirm the format and time with you.

Can we have the consultation in Spanish?

Yes. Spanish-language consultations are available. Include your language preference in the inquiry so we can confirm the right person and time.

Who will I be working with?

A sales representative can handle smaller consultations. Larger qualified meetings include Kenny and a representative. Kenny leads the delivery team; the scope names your working contact and the responsibilities of any specialists.

Can you work alongside our staff or other vendors?

Yes. The scope names who is responsible for what, so your team, other vendors and Bridge Builder aren't duplicating or dropping work.

Does a photo or video request reserve my date?

No. The date is reserved once availability is confirmed, the scope is accepted and the required payment is made under the agreed terms. See photo and video.
