Social media
Social media run as a plan: made, approved, published and reviewed.
Create a batch around the questions your customers ask, then publish it on an approved schedule. A four-week content batch is included in Marketing Launch; twelve weeks are included in Marketing Leadership. Continued production and management are quoted separately.
The working cycle
- 01PlanTopics for the month, tied to what the business needs.
- 02ProducePhotos, clips and captions made or gathered.
- 03ApproveYou review before anything is scheduled.
- 04PublishScheduled across the agreed networks.
- 05ReviewWhat worked feeds next month's plan.
The agreed leadership period determines who reviews the next cycle.
Planning
Start with what customers should understand.
Each month's posts come from a small set of recurring themes, chosen for your business. They keep the content real and make it much easier to produce.
The work
Projects, process and results, shown honestly.
The people
Who customers will meet, and why they care about the work.
Common questions
Short answers to what customers ask before they buy.
The community
Local events, partners and the places you serve.
AI helps with drafts, resizing and scheduling. The point of view, the relationships and the replies stay human.
Production
Where the photos and clips come from.
Marketing Launch includes four weeks: 12 videos, eight informational still posts and four newsletters. Marketing Leadership includes twelve weeks: 36 videos, 24 still posts and 12 newsletters. In both cases, we record, produce and schedule the full approved batch during month one. Filming is planned around the actual business.
You, on your phone
Short clips recorded in a batch, with a simple prompt list so it doesn't take over your week.
A planned shoot
Business-specific filming for the agreed batch during month one. Later shoots are separately scoped.
A specialist
A designer or editor for a specific need, with a written scope and approved cost.
Approval
Nothing is published without your say-so.
- 01
Draft
Posts are drafted with captions adapted for each network.
- 02
Your review
You see them together, in one place, ahead of the publish date.
- 03
Changes
Edits are made, or a post is dropped. Your call.
- 04
Scheduled
Only approved posts are scheduled. Nothing goes out otherwise.
Publishing and review
Approve the schedule. Know who is watching it.
Approved social posts are scheduled using an agreed publishing tool, with up to two social channels in the starting packages. The Saturday newsletter uses your approved audience and sender. The included batch gets limited weekly publishing checks and correction of failed scheduled posts through its included four- or twelve-week schedule. Strategic review runs for the included one- or three-month leadership period. Your team handles replies unless separately agreed. Tool fees and account access are confirmed before scheduling.
What the monthly review looks at
- Which themes people engaged with
- Profile visits and clicks to the website
- Inquiries that mention social media
- What to keep, change or stop next month
