Marketing Leadership
Build the website and systems. Lead the first quarter.
A full website and SEO foundation, your GHL backend and scoped AI automation buildout, plus a full 12-week content batch and three months of fractional CMO leadership. Kenny helps set direction, coordinate the agreed work and prepare what comes next.
The starting package
From $10,000Website, GHL backend + scoped AI automation. Content + three months of leadership included. Ongoing costs quoted separately.
Kenny directs the work across the quarter: priorities, contributor coordination, content review and decisions based on available results.
At the starting price
The buildout and three months of leadership.
We begin with the same website, GHL backend and AI automation buildout as Marketing Launch. The difference is more leadership time and a full 12-week content batch, so we can guide the first quarter and plan beyond it.
The website and SEO foundation
- Up to five distinct pages for one business and location, shaped around your services and customer questions
- Website copy shaped from your approved business information, proof and real assets
- One tested inquiry path with a form, lead owner and notification; booking can be chosen for that same path
- Technical and on-page SEO: page intent, titles, descriptions, internal links, crawl checks and appropriate structured data
- Local presence and Google Business Profile alignment review where the business is eligible
- Mobile and desktop review, basic inquiry measurement, one consolidated revision round and a handoff walkthrough
Three months of leadership
Direction, decisions and review.
- Kickoff strategy, priorities and a realistic marketing budget plan
- Weekly progress updates and five working reviews across the three months, following kickoff
- Content direction, approvals and review of the included organic schedule
- Website launch coordination and review of available inquiry measurements
- A 12-month editorial roadmap and a closing handoff
The leadership start date is agreed in writing. Forecasts are planning scenarios, not promised revenue. Continuing SEO campaigns, ad spend and extra production are separately scoped.
Included in both larger packages
Your backend and AI automation, built and tested.
A CRM keeps your customer records and tracks each inquiry. We connect that backend to your website and agreed workflows, then show your team how to use it.
Your written scope names the workflows, use cases, integrations, channels, volumes and acceptance checks. Added complexity or removing work changes the quote. Software subscriptions, API and message usage, and ongoing monitoring or optimization are separately scoped.
- Your business’s GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM backend: contact records and a pipeline showing each inquiry’s next step
- Lead capture, routing and notifications connected to the agreed website inquiry path
- Implementation of scoped AI-assisted workflows and follow-up automation, using approved business information and message rules
- Testing with controlled inquiries, including duplicate requests, failed actions and a person taking over
- Staff handoff covering account access, daily use, manual fallback and how to pause the workflows
Three months of content
Produce in month one. Stay consistent through the quarter.
Three videos, two informational still posts and one newsletter each week for 12 weeks. We plan filming around the business rather than forcing every business into the same shoot.
- 36Videos
- Three a week, built around your business, services and customer questions.
- 24Informational still posts
- Two a week: useful explanations, service details, photos or branded graphics with captions.
- 12Newsletters
- One a week, with a useful message for your approved email audience.

Newsletter
The starting content allowance is 12 weeks: 60 social assets and 12 newsletters. We plan filming around your business and record, produce and schedule the full approved batch during month one. The start date depends on ready access, materials and approvals.
Includes captions, one consolidated revision round and approved scheduling across up to two organic social channels plus your newsletter. Cross-posting is not extra unique content. Newsletters need your approved audience, sender and account access; publishing-tool fees are separate. Limited weekly publishing checks and correction of failed scheduled items are included for this batch through the 12-week schedule. Months two and three focus on checks, review and adjustments to the existing batch, rather than another round of filming. Community replies, ad spend and new production outside the agreed batch are separate.
The year ahead
A 12-month editorial roadmap.
Themes, seasonal opportunities, campaigns, suggested production dates and the person responsible for each. The first 90 days are the detailed working schedule; later priorities can adapt as your business changes.
This is a plan your team can act on, not twelve months of finished content or paid management. Future production and ongoing services are agreed separately.
The working quarter
What happens each month.
- 01
Month 1: build the foundation
Agree the strategy, build the website and GHL backend, implement and test scoped AI workflows, then record, produce and schedule the approved full 12-week content batch. Start dates depend on ready access, materials and approvals.
- 02
Month 2: run and learn
Review inquiry and content signals, check scheduled publishing and make agreed adjustments to the existing batch. Keep your team clear on its next steps.
- 03
Month 3: prepare what follows
Review the quarter, maintain the scheduled batch and document what needs attention. Turn those priorities into a 12-month editorial roadmap and a handoff or continuation proposal.

Leadership questions
Need less leadership? Compare Marketing Launch.
What does fractional CMO leadership mean?
CMO means chief marketing officer. Fractional means part-time: Kenny directs the agreed marketing work, coordinates contributors and reviews what is happening with you. You get a defined engagement rather than a full-time hire.
Is the website or backend different from Marketing Launch?
Both start with the same website and SEO foundation, GHL CRM backend and scoped AI-assisted and follow-up automation buildout. The website includes up to five tailored pages and one tested customer path. Implementation, testing and staff handoff are included; the quote names the actual workflows. Both use the same weekly content rhythm. Marketing Launch includes four weeks of content and one month of leadership. Marketing Leadership includes twelve weeks of content and three months of leadership, plus the 12-month editorial roadmap. Extra pages, advanced integrations and production are quoted as additions.
Does the 12-month plan include a year of content production?
No. The roadmap covers themes, priorities, campaigns, owners and a suggested production rhythm. The included 12-week content batch is 36 videos, 24 informational still posts and 12 newsletters. Future shoots, posts, management and ad spend need a separate agreement.
Can I remove something or use my current team?
Yes. We can build a proposal around the website, content or staff you already have. Removing deliverables changes the quote; adding channels, pages or workflows changes it too. The final proposal reflects that choice.
What happens after three months?
We review the work and hand over the agreed plan, assets and responsibilities. You can continue with your team or choose separately priced leadership and marketing support. No additional leadership period starts without agreement.
After the included quarter
A handoff or a longer partnership. Your choice.
Before the program ends, we review the work and discuss what the business needs next. You can continue with your team, choose a specific service or agree a new fractional CMO plan.
$5,000/month starting point
Your agreed fee may be lower or higher based on the people, time, production and channels involved. The scoped plan includes monthly reports on actual available performance and a quarterly review of the broader marketing direction. Channels, production, measurements and responsibilities are agreed explicitly.
The optional ongoing agreement starts after your included leadership period. It does not double-charge the package or renew automatically. Missing data stays visible rather than becoming a success story.
