How it works

What happens after you reach out.

Core website and media projects follow the steps below. Day One has a separate, simpler scope and rental or purchase handoff. Your actual schedule and responsibilities are agreed before starting.

How every project starts

Agree the work before it starts.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We assess whether the work fits and recommend a package or a narrower scope.

    • Your business and customers
    • What's working and what isn't
    • Budget and timing
  2. 02

    Written scope

The deliverables, responsibilities, ownership and payment terms are written down before work starts.

    • Deliverables and exclusions
    • Package total, allocated website/backend/automation build and services, payment schedule and continuing costs
    • Your responsibilities, revisions and target dates
  3. 03

    Agreement and payment

These two steps confirm the start of paid work.

    • Signed agreement
    • The first payment agreed in it
  4. 04

    Onboarding

Small and larger projects can request Zoom or an Arizona in-person meeting, subject to location and availability. Spanish-language consultations are available. We gather what the work needs.

    • For a build: content, photos, account access you set up yourself, and a named inquiry owner
    • For a shoot: the brief, shot list and an on-site contact

Then, for website and marketing packages

Website and marketing packages

All three core packages use a reviewed build and handoff. The two larger packages also include a GHL CRM backend, scoped AI and follow-up automation implementation, content and a defined leadership period.

  1. 05

    Build

Work follows the written scope. New requests are priced and approved before they change the work.

    • A preview shared for your review
    • Regular progress updates
    • Questions answered, not guessed
  2. 06

    Review

You review the preview while we test the customer path. We resolve the agreed corrections before asking you to accept the work.

    • Your feedback, one round at a time
    • Test inquiries and failure cases
    • Your acceptance
  3. 07

    Launch

You approve the launch candidate, we authorize the release together, and the live version is checked after it goes out.

    • Live path verified
    • A note of what changed and how to reverse it
  4. 08

    Walkthrough and handoff

We walk your operator through the website and included backend/workflows, demonstrate the manual fallback and pause controls, confirm ownership and explain care responsibilities. Marketing Launch includes one month of leadership; Marketing Leadership includes three, with dates and content delivery agreed in the scope.

    • Training for your operator
    • Included leadership and content dates confirmed; continuing care and marketing priced separately
    • Ownership and access confirmed

Then, for photo and video

Photo and video

Sports, event and business shoots continue like this.

  1. 05

    Capture

Coverage on the agreed date and location, following the brief and shot list, with your on-site contact for anything that changes.

    • The agreed coverage
    • Must-have moments prioritized
    • Files backed up after the shoot
  2. 06

    Edit and review

We edit the agreed selection and you review it. Revisions follow the rounds in your quote.

    • Agreed quantities and formats
    • Revision rounds as quoted
  3. 07

    File delivery

Final files are delivered to a shared folder by the agreed date, and we confirm you can open and download them.

    • Delivery folder access checked
    • Use of the files as agreed
    • Your acceptance

Progress

Updates you can read in a minute.

During active work you get short, consistent updates on a schedule agreed at the start. If something is waiting on a decision or material, the update says so.

Done
What was finished, with a link where there's something to see.
Next
What happens next.
Blocked
Anything stuck, and who it's waiting on.
Needed from you
The decisions or materials we need, if any.

Your part

What we'll need from you.

Most delays come from waiting on content or access. Knowing what's needed up front keeps things moving.

website

  • Logo and a few real photos
  • Your services and where you offer them
  • Where inquiry alerts should go

Marketing Launch

  • Time with you and your team for discovery
  • Access to your current tools
  • A named inquiry owner

Marketing leadership

  • Access to basic numbers
  • Time for the check-ins you agree
  • Approval of each month's plan

Photo and video

  • Date, place and schedule
  • What you need delivered, and by when
  • An on-site contact

Changes

New ideas are welcome. They get their own scope.

Projects evolve. When you want something that isn't in the agreed scope, we write down what it involves and what it costs, and you decide. Nothing is added silently, and nothing you didn't approve appears on an invoice.
