SMS privacy policy

What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected for Bridge Builder Media LLC’s text messaging program. It explains how we use your phone number, messages and consent choices.

Information we collect and use

When you use the text opt-in form, we collect your name, phone number, message and the consent choices you submit. GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) processes the form and stores contact and conversation records for us. Those records may include submission times, technical information such as an IP address, and opt-in and opt-out activity.

We use this information to respond to your request, send the categories of texts you selected, maintain consent records and honor opt-outs. Authorized Bridge Builder staff can access the records to provide those services.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help deliver messages, support customers and operate our systems, only for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your choices and retention

Text consent is optional. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can also contact us at admin@bridgebuilder.studio or (602) 848-7460. We retain records as needed to serve you, document consent, honor opt-outs and meet applicable obligations. An opt-out record may need to be kept so we do not contact you again.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We will review the request, verify it when necessary and explain any records we must retain.

Updates

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. See the SMS terms for message types, charges and support.
