For chiropractic offices and clinics

Referrals, search or specials: decide where your clinic’s marketing money goes.

For owner-led chiropractic offices and other independent clinics in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler and Apache Junction. We look at how new patients find you and request a first visit, and what your current marketing costs, then recommend where the money should go.

Before you spend more

Questions worth answering before you spend more.

Each one is a decision about where money and time go. Here is what we would look at to answer it.

Are new-patient specials bringing the patients we want?
We look at what the special costs you and what you can see about who books from it.
How much comes from referrals versus search, and should we spend differently?
We check what your team can already see about where new patients came from before recommending a budget split.
What happens to an online appointment request after hours?
We follow a general request from your website or Google profile to see who picks it up, and when.
Do our pages explain what a first visit involves?
We read your service and first-visit pages as a new patient would on a phone and note unanswered questions.
Is our agency’s monthly report telling us anything we can act on?
We look at what the report measures and whether it separates visits, calls and booked first visits.

The free teardown

What the 30-minute teardown looks at.

The teardown takes 30 minutes. You book it through our calendar.

  • How someone requests a first visit from your website, Google profile and phone
  • Your service and first-visit pages as a new patient reads them on a phone
  • Where current marketing money goes: ads, directories, agency fees and promotions
  • Your Google Business Profile categories, hours and services
  • What your team can see about where new patients came from

You leave with what we would keep, cut or fix first. There is no obligation to hire us.
